Make a Contribution to CCL Tucson
Some of our most impactful work involves bringing young people into the project of fighting climate change. One way we do this is through scholarships that send student (18 and older) to Washington, D.C. to attend our national conference. (See photo at the top of the page) Other essential tools include printing materials for handouts, posters, email tools, and zoom accounts. Your contribution can help us keep our educational mission on track.
Thanks to the generosity of our members, we have over $4000 plus at least one round-trip airline ticket with contributed miles to send students to DC. We expect this will cover 2 students, but your help is needed to send at least three.
We have a online GoFundMe page at:
https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-the-tucson-citizens-climate-lobby-in-2026
Copy this into your browser and you will be directed to our page where you can make a tax-deductable contribution.
Help us make 2026 a productive year for the climate!!
Compost to Reduce Greenhouse Emissions
Did you know the majority of the food thrown away is compostable? Composting gives back to the community, reduces waste, and decreases greenhouse gas emissions.

The City of Tucson’s FoodCycle Program is a food waste collection and composting program operated by Environmental Services in partnership with the University of Arizona Compost Cats.
